Mr. Dillon represents corporate clients in matters involving corporate organization, finance, mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions. He represents buyers and sellers in all aspects of commercial transactions, including conducting legal due diligence, structuring transactions, and preparing and negotiating definitive agreements.

Mr. Dillon has also assisted in the preparation of public debt and equity registration statements, SEC reports and proxy/annual meeting materials.

Mr. Dillon is listed in Michigan Super Lawyers 2006 under Business/Corporate and is AV® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

He is a certified public accountant (Florida) and prior to joining the Firm was a manager in the tax department of a major accounting firm.
