Current Openings

Associate Attorney, Detroit office, Real Estate, Real Estate Finance. Seeking an associate with three to five years experience in commercial real estate finance and transactional matters. Primary responsibilities will include real estate finance work representing banks and other financial institutions (including loan originations, workouts and foreclosures) and real estate transactional work representing a variety of firm clients (including purchases and sales and leasing).

Admission to the Michigan Bar and excellent academic credentials are required. Experience representing banks and other financial institutions preferred.

Staff Attorney, Ann Arbor office, Intellectual Property. Seeking a staff attorney with two to four years experience in intellectual property, with a focus in trademark prosecution and portfolio management. Primary responsibilities will include administrative management of group's trademark portfolio, counseling clients in selection, protection and registration of U.S. and international trademarks, interfacing with foreign counsel, and handling all aspects of trademark registration process.

Admission to the Michigan Bar and excellent academic credentials are required.
