Article: Greenhouse Gas Report: An Inventory of Michigan's GHG Emissions

This is the first in a series of articles on the implications of greenhouse gas (GHG) regulation for Michigan businesses. This article will identify in general terms the types of businesses that will be affected (most will) by efforts to reduce GHG emissions. Subsequent articles will discuss GHG regulatory approaches taken in other states, policy options being considered in Michigan, and the thrust of federal legislation that is likely to move ahead in 2009.
