Does your buyer want to buy only part of your building? Do your investors need exclusive ownership of some, but not all, of your project? Does the City say you have no more land division rights on your site? A condominium may be just the tool you need. It may surprise you to learn that condominiums aren’t just high rise residential buildings. They are often used for commercial, business or mixed use developments. For example, Ford Field is a condominium. The public stadium facility is one unit and the private concessions, retail and office areas are another unit.
